Last updated August 2026

Draft — not yet reviewed

This is a working outline, not legal advice. Have it reviewed and fill in your entity details before taking real customers.

If one of our short links sent you somewhere harmful, tell us. We check every destination against Google Safe Browsing when it is created and whenever it changes, but a site can turn malicious after that — which is exactly what reports like yours catch.

How to report

Email abuse@scanivo.cloud with:

  • The short link, including the code after the slash
  • Where it took you
  • What was wrong with it

What happens next

  • Within 24 hours — we confirm we have it
  • Confirmed harmful — the code is disabled immediately and stops resolving
  • Serious or repeated — the account is suspended and every code it owns is disabled

A disabled code shows a warning page rather than silently failing, so anyone who scans the printed original understands what happened.

If it is your code

If we disabled something of yours and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice. Tell us what the destination actually is and we will look again.
